As Senior Vice President, Sereyna empowers clients to make the wisest financial choices. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and cultivating relationships between clients and the financial world. Sereyna holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Advertising from California State University, Fullerton. She uses her advanced understanding of communications to educate and inform her Carlyle Financial teammates and most importantly, the firm’s mortgage clients. She has been a featured speaker on personal finance for community groups and professional organizations.
Sereyna started her career as an intern for a local credit union before working full time in finance marketing. She has since directed advertising for print, Web, radio, and film and developed personal finance workshops for both children and college students. Her projects have received numerous awards including the Best Practice Award from the Credit Union National Association Marketing & Business Development Council.
When she isn’t traveling between the Beverly Hills and San Francisco offices of Carlyle Financial, Sereyna gives back to the local community via volunteer work with Longwood Manor, Union Rescue Mission, Children’s Institute, LAPD, and women and children’s shelters in Los Angeles.

The refinance process was quick with faster than expected turnaround times at different stages of processing. Robert and Katheryn were the team I worked with and had a great experience. On the document submission, I worked mostly with Katheryn she did a good job of keeping me informed of requests and submissions and feedback from Underwriting. Extremely well organized team with an excellent pre-screen process they will let you know if it can go ahead or not based on preliminary data and keep their commitment from there on.
The best part is they accept RSU income which is a problem with many banks. The rate is also lower than what you can get with most online applications. Will definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a new mortgage or a refinance.
