Carlyle Financial complies with all applicable personal information privacy laws and collects information only for the purpose of administering loan services to clients, maintenance of the accounts of its users, and providing access to those accounts either in person, via telephone or through the Carlyle website and/or smartphone application. Carlyle Financial does not disclose, share, rent, or sell such information to any unaffiliated third party for commercial or marketing purposes. If any user decides to terminate or otherwise deactivate its account, Carlyle Financial continues to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described herein with respect to any personal information previously collected.

At any time, you may contact Carlyle Financial to request that your information be corrected or updated. We aim for the highest levels of confidentiality. However, upon contact between Carlyle and our customers, we may require that you validate identifying information originally provided by you during your registration process. During the loan process, Carlyle Financial will share information strictly on a confidential basis only to accommodate individual loan requests with full knowledge and consent of our borrowers such as with appraisers, title companies, financial institutions, credit reporting bureaus, and service providers that work with Carlyle Financial, and as required to comply with laws regarding government authorities, government reporting and other regulatory requirements. If required by law, we will disclose personal information where we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on our company to the proper service officer.

The Carlyle Financial website is secure. The information collected is input that is directly provided by users on the website or application. Carlyle Financial collects personal information through its website, smartphone application, in person, through email correspondence, through facsimile transmittal and over the telephone including name, address, financial information, employment information and supporting documentation for the purpose of obtaining loans only with the permission of our users.
